Step One - purchase your drawing 

You’re just a click away on our website.

Step Two - send us your photo

Please send us a photo once you have purchased your drawing, and include your order number and name. A link to upload your photo will be emailed to you, or just reply to the email!

Taking the photo:

  • We recommend someone takes the photo for you (partner or friend you feel comfortable with) but you can try a timer if it helps
  • Ideally take the photo in daylight
  • Most phones are excellent quality these days so you don’t need a fancy camera, but we’ll let you know if it isn’t good enough quality to do your drawing
  • We recommend keeping your pants on, and (don’t accept photos with vulvas on show!) unless it’s completely side on then it’s up to you
  • You’re welcome to hold your breasts or have them in the picture, whatever you feel most comfortable with - see our selection of drawings to get some examples
  • Poses - whatever you like! We find for the pregnancy drawings look best with the arm closer to camera holding the bump, and your other hand holding your breast but we can make anything work!
  • For breastfeeding  cross cradle / cradle looks lovely, with babes head covering one breast and body the other - but again we can make lots of poses work. 

Step Three - wait for your beautiful drawing to make its way to you!

Depending on how many orders we have, and how busy my toddler is, orders can take 1-3 weeks to be made, then another week to ship. We make our drawings digitally by hand, so it’s not quick, and then we send them off to get printed professionally which can take time too. If you need your order in a hurry then let us know when you send your photo and we’ll do our best! 

Refunds

Unfortunately as they are custom drawings we cannot accept refunds. If you have any problems with your order let us know and we can do our best to get it sorted. 

Pricing

Please note that the pricing reflects the time it takes for us to do the drawing - so pregnancy are our cheapest as there is only one (visible!) person, and the family portraits are more expensive.


Privacy

We know how special these photos are to you. We follow GDPR for all your data inputted via our website. Regarding your photo, we will delete from our emails and devices one month after shipping (just incase there are any issues). If you have any questions or concerns please let us know. 

Consent

If you have sent the photo to us, we assume there is full consent to do so. If you are wondering about getting someone a gift, we would recommend buying a gift card rather than sending a photo without the persons knowledge!
